Annette Nowakowski brings 12 years of food service experience to this organization.  She gained experience as a replacement manager and employee in several previous locations which included vending, cafeteria, snack bar and gift shop operations. 

From this experience, Annette moved forward and started Snacks on State, Inc. in 2006.  As an employer, Snacks on State, Inc. prides itself as an organization that includes minorities and people with disabilities among its other employees.  

Operations - Preliminary

• A Staff Manager meets you at your site to view the space required for a servicing area and to discuss your product preferences.  In that discussion, we provide an overview of the   types of vending machines necessary to provide the appropriate service to dispense your product preferences. 
• A proposal is prepared and upon agreement of the products, machines types and services that Snacks on State, Inc. is to provide, the parties sign a contract to formalize the agreement. 
• Equipment and products are ordered for and delivered to the client.  Approximate delivery time averages three to four weeks.
• State-of-the-art equipment is professionally installed by Ultra vend Services, Inc.  of Addison IL. 
• Once installed, our staff sets up the machines with products and provides a follow-up visit within 24 hours to verify their proper performance.

Operations - Regular Service

• Our regular servicing program begins with visits to your site to replenish products and to clean and provide maintenance to the machines as necessary.  Frequency of our staff's visits are determined based on the volume of sales and frequency of use. 
• While at your site, we handle refunds and address any issues which may arise. 
• Snacks on State, Inc. Contact Information is posted on all machines in the event any unforeseen issues arise or unscheduled product replenishment is necessary.
